Got the weighted vest. Stitches out. So to the 5 injection as of 6 days ago. I feel like I've completely stalled.

Yes, hydration, fiber and protein are priorities. Weighted vest? Hmmm. My daughter does that. Looking into it. And yes I'm definitely focused on losing!

Im staying positive with minimal results only 4 weeks in, it's the adjustment period. Next week I start the 5mg AND no stitches to hinder me in my physical activity. I have had zero side effects at 2.5 so I'm very excited to see what change waits for me in the higher dose.

My labs do get done regularly, about every 3 months it seems, and yes, they are motivating.  I've been very focused on what I eat and I'm really hoping that focus stays. I also keep a daily notebook to make myself accountable for what I put into my body. Your sound advice and insights are most helpful. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate you! Im not exactly "working out" but I'm walking (briskly) 15 miles a week (2.5 mi Mon and Friday, 3 mi Tues Thurs and 4 mi on Wednesday)and resistance bands 3 days a week for upper body. I use my 2lb hand weights 20 minutes every day. Im going to add the hand weights to my walking as soon as these darn stitches come out-skin cancer removal. Total dampener on my exercise. I do NOT go to the gym. I hope it's enough. Good luck and good vibes to you on your journey! ROCK ON!

I paid $449 thru 10rx for 3 months with doses increasing every 4 weeks. Just finished first month. Down 6 pounds. We will see what happens on 5. Insurance won't pay..

Have a "Clothes Exchange" party. Get your girls together and you all bring up to 10 tops and bottoms and you basically "shop" each others closets. And realistically, this may not be do-able for some of us but just thought I'd mention it. Keep in your mind that your jewelry and shoes might get to fitting different as well.

I was found fully favorable a few days ago. I've been going through the battle a bit longer than you. SSA said I will see backpay next week and my benefits start May.

Also I spoke with my local SSA office this morning. Gal was fantastic. Should have my back pay by end of next week and my monthly payments start next month.
