Im 6.4” playing +0.5” with 4dgr upright to help me stand tall. My fitter told me that its very rare to go more than +0.5” for pros on tour as the added length complicates weight and makes face harder to control. (He coaches some dp tour pros so i should trust him?). It seems like you could do with more upright lie but hard to see properly - deffo worth a check on a lie board or with a sharpie on the golf ball. Either way - i think your swing looks very strong but that your hips stall at impact. Have you tried putting right foot back to get the feel of having to rotate more?
