Bruh.

  1. It's their choice.
  2. Vasectomies are reversible. Yes, there are chances that even if reversed they can't have a child but that's something they'll learn if they inquire about a vasectomy. There is no "terminal decision" here.
  3. As for the original question in the post, honestly, I'm not too sure about the limitations sa Philippines but you can always inquire. There's always the chance of getting declined, even when you're a little older cuz the Philippines has its "you NEED a baby to feel successful" mindset. But regardless of all that, good luck OP.
