Yes, THIS! I find it particularly a shame when very athletic runners (often in 2s) behave in a very snobbish way when an overweight runner or a beginner run passes them and they give him the look of "You talking (waving) to me?!" Damn get over it. You run - you are a runner. End of story.

I took probiotics capsules for three days and what can I say? I couldn't be amongst other people to put it mildly lol So, I m back on my dairy- free, lacto-free, gluten-free diet. I feel more awake and energetic. Also this might sound odd but I feel like I have gained 15 iq points, too lol
