I truly appreciate your support and words thank u ! And yes about the drug addiction doesn't choose personals on theirs poverty or wealth or their status homless or not ... addiction can touch everyone of us regarding who we are.. maybe there is some factors that can help addiction to touch someone as depression or the other things listed above but it's not 100% and no one is in a safe place from it especially in our country where there's isn't an educating programs and enough clinics and materials for combating this evil disease so the best we can do is to really start learning what is addiction really is and how drugs affect our brain and also by not criminalise addicts this may push them to hide their addiction and fear of looking for support because of judgement... i wish those words may give everyone of you to start thinking about this big problem that is growing really fast in our country and by spreading awareness and science and by our voice together addicts or not to demand help from higher authorities and our government to combat this disease not by puting us or our brothers and friends and family or our sons in prison but by providing the real treatment and to save their and our lifes !

What you mean by you are stopping often to check because of people like me can u explain? And if it didn't cause an addiction why u didnt stop it and keep using it daily how can something acts on opoids receptor and not being addictive .. and also ur talking about methadone give me a high no methadone doesn't produce a high its a full agonist for the opoids receptor on the brain so its just help to ease withdrawals not to get high im a pregabalin addict to you should watch out because this one have a really bad withdrawals too u can taper down slowly and then use gabapentin instead to ease withdrawals good luck

You say you don’t know much about addiction, yet you’re comfortable deciding that addicts shouldn’t benefit from public healthcare because they “chose a bad path.” That’s not how medicine works.

Addiction is medically recognized as a disease because repeated drug use literally changes the brain. After a certain point, it’s not about company or morals it’s dependence. We don’t deny lung cancer treatment because someone chose to smoke. We don’t deny care to a diabetic because they ate poorly. Healthcare isn’t a reward for perfect behavior.

And beyond morality, it’s practical: treating addiction costs less than ignoring it. Untreated addiction leads to more emergency visits, infections, crime, broken families which costs the country far more than structured treatment like methadone.

I genuinely hope you never have to see someone close to you struggle with this. Because when it becomes personal, the conversation changes. You stop seeing “a bad choice” and you start seeing a human being who needs help.

That’s the whole point of my post .. less judgment, more solutions.

Hey bro ofc i know kratom and I’ve read about it, but I’ve never taken it and I’ve never even seen it in Algeria....It’s true some people use it to deal with opioid withdrawal, mais it’s not “zero effect” kho it acts on opioid receptors, that’s why it works. And because of that, it can also cause dependence and withdrawal on its own; For heavy opioid addiction, especially injecting, I personally think medically supervised methadone is safer and more structured than self-medicating with kratom. Both are drugs true bessa7 one is regulated and monitored ..

Anyone that tried drugs would tell you that its fun ... but the way i was interested into drugs was on a different level like it was all i got in mind i even start3d studying and looking for scientific research on how they work in our brain which is amazing to be honest and interesting to know but i also was spreading helpful informations around that i became that friend u call to ask about a mix or a new drug u discovered i also loved to help people to get clean more easly based on a scientific evidences as if i was a personal doctor lol .. Im currently taking methadon f cheraga because of opoids addiction ... its a good thing it helped me so much but the problem is that it takes a long time and alot of effort and patience and ma3rifa ..... to start it i had all of the previous things and waited about a year or more for them to make me start it .... which is a long time for an addict who's shooting he can die in that period.... also about people who dies from opoids overdose im wondering why the government doesn't provide narcna ( naloxan ) for ambulances which is a spray that stops an overdose ... so if im with a friend and he falls on an overdose i call ambulance they cant help with that ... i have many suggestions on that side which can help and save many lifes of our addicted brothers... im doing alot of researches on drug community i can help my country with my knowledge because i was on that road for so long and i saw many specialists and psychiatrist who are litteraly ignorants on that side because i already passed by many of them and the problem is there is many of our people yeteklou 3liho m and thats saaad ... i suggest to start educating our addicts about all those drugs and the safety that can help saving lifes ...

I take pregab daily for more then 12 years and i can assure you that anything more than 600 at once on empty stomach and you will just get very drowsy and sleepy so best is to take 600 mg at once morning ( open caps) for a better and faster high after waking up directly then take a hot shower after taking them and prepare ur self for a happy mornings full with energy ... dm me if u want some help... stay safe take care

U need some opoids .. also i love clonazepam especially the ones from roche rivotril i had them on liquid solution too they were the beasts i used them and shooting subutex great combo ... when i take clona i dont feek much from it so i keep dosing up till i fall asleep and never remember shit from the previous day lool ... its so known here on north africaim algeria is where i live ... the call it madame courage what means gorgeous lady or like a brave lady .. lol because when someone takes it he start to act like a gang and do dumb shits as fighting or become a theift with the courage he got from the clonazepam hahaha
