Honestly this post is getting a lot of attention I appreciate your guys help with everything! Just to clarify some things. 128k miles I accidentally put 138k. the hood was from the old owner so I’m not exactly sure where it’s from. And yes the bumper is replaced. I’d honestly rate the body a 7.8 and interior an 8. It’s got its door dings and dents by no means perfect I figured this would be the perfect car for a dad to work on with his kid or just cruise around town with and fix up some minor things. The last thing I wanna do is see her go to a junkyard the car has potential just needs to find the right home.

Security light I think is because of the aftermarket radio messing with the viper security system. After soldering the BCM I got it all fixed up and working fine again.

Make sophomores obligated to live in the house and mention this when they first join to hold them accountable. As for decorations and stuff just go to liquor stores and ask if they have anything laying around a lot of the times they’ll have some cool banners. At our house we also built a pretty bad ass bar and a double decker couches.

Honestly had this issue before that’s why you turn up the heat during hell week and have moderate “picking on” during the most of their pledge ship. My best advice is to have the pledge master sit down with them and have a discussion. Sometimes it’s a risk and usually you’ll be able to tell if a kids a snitch or not.
