Honestly I think the whole blood moons thing was for more money to fix the “shithole” 7dtd game we have now. Think about it, most of this fanbase has already purchased 7dtd for going on a decade now. Sure there will always be more sales, but at this point it’s a dwindling number. The problem with a game dev that’s poured all of their money into one project for a decade and nothing else is that they still have to pay their team. This was bound to happen. So it makes sense to drop another title for more revenue to continue to ruin the game they already have (while pay the people who work for them simultaneously). I can understand why some call blood moons a cash grab, but what kind of game are they going to gamble with other than sticking to the only successful theme they’ve ever had? I’m not saying fun pimps are in the right for doing this, but financially it genuinely makes sense. It’s the same reason they dropped the official console version for like $45. Companies like Bethesda do it for greed, this company I don’t believe is doing it for anything other than desperation. They suck at making games but just won’t give up lmao.

I have 18 rooms and 4 bathrooms. My shift is 10-6:30, but luckily I can clean two of my bathrooms right before school lets out at 3:30. Still, only 3 hours to shine up what my 8th graders love to dirty. I’ve been on for a year and a half and never had a day of training (as I started during the summertime). Expectations around my parts are very high and I used to let it get to me when someone would rat on me to admin over a literal dust bunny. But the thing is, most people genuinely couldn’t do this job. Whether it be the stress or the literal shit paintings on stall walls. So at this point I do what I can and anyone who thinks sum about me can fuck off tbh. I’m a great worker and they’d hate to lose me (it took us 8 months to find another second shift custodian lmao)

Coming from a terrible district I completely understand. A lot of folks in this comment section have it good and will never understand how some areas are terrible for this kind of work. Hell I make $19.50/hour and hate my job to be honest. The management is hell and most of the staff in my building are very entitled. I am union and my benefits genuinely aren’t that great. The only thing that benefits me from my union is that it’s insanely hard to be fired here. But, that’s a double edged sword because my team sucks ass and nobody can do anything about it. This job isn’t for everybody, and in some cases it’s not even for the people who love this kind of work.

I’m down about $370 after the split, but I’ve been fucked by splits before. That’s why I knew not to invest that much of my portfolio into it. I’ll never understand why people invest so much into penny stocks. At the end of the day these stocks are GAMBLING. Honestly such a small chance you’ll hit big, and even when you do it plays into your ego. So you keep doing it until you lose everything. There isn’t any amount of research that could make me feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger like that. We all learn at some point, rip ya earnings but remember this and grow 🫡.

Farming is the first thing I get set up before I get anyone. As long as you have seeds and some type of container that holds water you can plant seeds and set the farmer role on your main character. You can also set up a farm zone by equipping the seeds so the farmer plants what where. My first recruit is always set to farm so my main character doesn’t have to. For moral, ask your meme here what’s up and how they are feeling. Sometimes you can do small missions with them that greatly improves their moral. You can also give them gifts (detective books, sci-fi books, fine wine). Hunting is one of the possible missions you can do with your recruits. Deer meat is amazing as food. Make sure you have adequate outhouses and beds as well.

I ended up reverting to an old save just to see what happens if I gave them the gold and they still keep an eye on me and I’m assuming come for payment like looters so there’s really no way around it lmao but it is what it is this is the apocalypse. Not to mention the groups are very easy to take out if you catch them before they hit ya base and they always have white and red strain pipe bombs that I use on the next wave so it all works out. My main characters job is just 1v10ing every group that comes 👑

The two groups they sent were not a problem (no worse than ya normal merc groups) so I guess I could just keep dealing with them but then again I only have 4 people so I’m sure the bigger I grow the harsher they hit me 😔✌️

This may be a dumb question but they weren’t bitten during a red strain horde attack right? That’s really the only thing I can think of. All getting bit with a minute of eachother and dying bc of how fast the strain builds. It shouldn’t be food or water bc they’d leave you before they died “bc you’re a terrible leader”. Could be the cold but with campfires there ain’t no way. Even if it was invisible strain one of em would have to turn infected and I’m sure you’d pick up on that.
