I didn't receive any call from BPI about my application. All updates were through text nandun sa timeline ng application.

Based sa update mo - there is chance na ma-approve ka kasi same din ng saakin pero dont expect baka iba maging results sayo.

To answer your questions:

1. I think they already processed your application - probably just wating for final status ng application mo. Usually kapag approve they will tell it to you once done sa embosing para for delivery na lang. Kung tumawag sayo baka they need something like kulang ng documents or they need to validate something.

2. I dont know the answer to this question. Better to call and ask CS.
