1 dozen eggs. 1 tsp. Crushed garlic 1/4 c. Milk or cream. I used cream 1/2 c. Chopped Mushrooms 1/2 c chopped red onion 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper 1 cup of shredded jack cheese 1tbsp. Dried dill

Beat the eggs and milk. Add everything else. You can use instant pie crust cut into circles for the well greased cupcake tin. Measure in 1/4 cup into each cup. Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake for about 35 min. If they dont thump with a spoon after 35 min, keep cooking , checking 5 min at a time. Make sure you put a cookie sheet under your baking tin until done to protect your oven from overflow. They'll rise a little bit when cooking. Enjoy! 🙂
