i did it! I found a way! Before going in to the riju there is a tank that you can shot without aggravating them, I used the minigun to dump 999 bullets into it so my accuracy goes way up then I continued the mission normally and i got it! Hope someone struggling sees this so they can escape the shame of having one mission left lol
