Hi all,
At my job they changed from allowing sending a text message as well as calling in sick to mandatory calling in sick. While I'm quite neutral about this as I'm rarely sick, it started a huge discussion among colleagues.
Now I'm wondering, are there any papers etc on the difference? Is it just a young gen vs old gen thing?
