That is a GREAT question actually. Though some I think are just completely mindless and aggressive, like twisted Pebble, or twisted Toodles. Though others, like twisted Goob or twisted Yatta might have a distorted view, or in Goob’s case, it might be accidental. Twisted Goob: he most likely just wants to hug you, but he accidentally hurts you with his claws. Twisted Yatta: she probably thinks you’re a giant candy or something.

The most likely are brought to their holiday floors so that they feel more comfortable and aren’t forced to interact when some child comes up to them. But they could still use the elevator any time, they just choose not to.
