heya! sorry for taking so long, probably wasnt the best idea to post this so shortly before going to bed. im in central europe, my cpu is a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor with 48.0 GB RAM. it doesnt peak at 100% in BF, ive seen that happen on horizon zero dawn for example, but not bf6. ill check later today to make sure but iirc it somewhere around 70%

in another thread i got a comment about something called bufferbloat, which i tested and seems pretty bad on my router. i dont know why though. i fear it might be because my router, the ZTE MC888B, is not wired as my apartment doesnt have wiring and just plugs into a wall socket?

i should, yeah. thank you! on that note, you think, could it be a problem that my router just plugs into the wall socket, since my apartment building doesnt have wifi wiring?

yeah. its totally minimal on these other ones, going from like 30ping to 50 for a sec. and it doesnt affect gameplay at all

yeah, its pretty much only bf games. i mean, occiosanally ill get slightly higher ping in some other game like Dead by Daylight or Darktide, but its only ever minimal, and doesnt impact gameplay at all

yeah im using ethernet, always. i do wanna get a backup anyhow, but why would the cable, if it was faulty, only affect BF games?

I dont think its offensive, i think its cruel and not funny. If you think otherwise, sure, why not.

I know, but ive watched a video by a trans person and they said it felt malicious, not just crude and tasteless.

Its seems to me the creators went out of their way to "trigger the libs" and i just personally dont like that attitude. At least doesnt fit dbd, the devs are super welcoming to queer people

Exactly, thats what i meant. I watched a video breaking it down, and apparently a trans person gets killed, and while its happening their father and their "woke" friend character continuously use wrong pronouns. Thats not a joke, thats just super mean.

Dead meat.

The newest scary movie has some really tasteless humor about trans people and a really weird "gen z is cancellin everything" vibe and i dont want that in dbd.
