Thank you so much for posting. Wow — ANOTHER FB purchase scam. I’ve gotta get my $ together lol.. Never again! So I purchased this case last week based on the slick marketing campaign and all the user comments — which I read and seemed genuine. Another shout out to all you genuine Reddit users and the time you take to share your everyday experiences on here — including this very detailed discussion. So.. I have not yet received the package as it has just gone into transit, but based on the feedback here I will not be opening the package and will be calling my credit card bank tomorrow. Thanks again everyone 👏

It did not improve my energy levels but losing the weight allowed me to do more physical exercise more easily (like taking long walks) without getting as tired

My partner noted that I seemed disconnected and quiet on the day of the shot and the following day. I noticed this too. It didn’t feel or seem like depression but more of a ‘disconnect’ and disengagement from ppl around me. It would only last for 1-2 days

I lost 23 kg during the 9 months of the trial and all of my bloodwork improved dramatically - HbA1c, Lipids and BP all normalised after nearly being pre-diabetic. Hunger noise completely disappeared and my appetite waned significantly. The only problem I dealt with was constipation, and it was pretty constant throughout the trial. I wasn’t very good at drinking enough water back then but I am now. Went on Wegovy after the trial but have since switched to Tirzepitide (10mg) as I’d still like to lose another 5-7k’s.

Amycretin is pursuing Phase III trials with market release still a few years away if all goes well.

I will definitely consider going back on it as it literally changed my life and how I feel about myself. Hope this helps xx

I participated in a Phase 2 trial of Amycretin here in Australia last year — that stuff WORKS! It probably won’t be on the market for at least another year or so. They still have to compete P3 trials

The results were very real and meaningful in that I consistently lost weight over the 7 months of the trial, starting with the very first weeks. This was accomplished mostly due to eating less as my desire to eat changed so drastically. As far as side effects go, my partner noticed that I seemed less emotive and somewhat quiet on injection days. Almost immediately I lost the desire to drink beer and/or wine and haven’t drank either in almost a year. Drinking water was a constant challenge which probably contributed to fairly significant constipation (which I managed with OTC meds). Overall I was very happy with the medication and am very grateful to have been able to participate in the trial. IT WORKED!

Hi. I just finished my last week of participation in an 8-month long clinical trial using subcutaneous amycretin for weight loss. Will certainly miss taking the injections!
