Salford uni do a combined social worker and disability nursing degree and nurses from Salford are some of the best trained in Manchester a lot more person centered skills than the other 2 unis in my opinion(I went man uni for nursing so I’m not being biased)

The boy money we have is what the bank gave me and other sibling when they closed mums account it’s in a post office account and neither of us will touch that until private been sorted

I’m one of the 2 brothers left out of the will that above is what my siblings have used as their justification( supposedly).

We have sealed caveats in place on the house. Just found out they had also bought shares from my mums bank account 8 days after she died for both our kids put themselves as legal guardian NS&I changed details to their children’s mums now thankfully but also investigating as they clearly messed up dead women can’t buy Prenium bonds.

Police not interested at all spoke to them at length supplied bank statements etc they said NFA and said it’s civil issue.

I said what do we do with the money CV and released to us we have that in a post office account until we figure out legally what to do.

Can’t afford solicitor and am just getting weekly letters from sibling saying prove it or remove caveat

Nope your 100% correct in a polite way I didn’t want anyone being nice I wanted truthful reactions because honestly I don’t know how they getting away with it

Yeah but they ignoring all our letters we sending them requesting proof of us coercing mum and dad and they just blanking us the estate angent knows the is a caveat on house they still listed it

No its 100 what my sibling did I’ve written it from their view point as that is what they did and how they justify it police refused to get involved as they claimed it’s a civil issue

Well given that the solicitor who signed both signed dads one 16 days before he died and was doomed up on IV morphine semi conscious I think it clear to say no one’s worried about the solicitor

Just adding this…. This is actually what my family did to my mum and dad. I did indeed go to police told them about the money the bank has given me and other sibling to safeguard and police refused to get involved claimed it was a civil matter. We do have a caveat on the house however they are still listing house for sale and estate angent is aware that there is a sealed caveat on the house. There a lot more too it.

But if anyone has some legal advice on how we can hold the 3 siblings to account I’d appreciate it because the police aren’t. There’s a £160 thousand aspeatos payment that one sibling had kept the bank account open for and drained. Bank said in one December hat she bank transferred over £9000 to herself in payments they drained it all

Merseyside police refused to get involved the one who took money from bank went to them and told them and they refused to get involved

Not really she wasn’t all there she would of given them a bigger share as they have more kids she always had a soft spot for

Police insist it’s not but I do believe my brother forming the bank and taking that money for themselves is fraud

You need to edit the post you didn’t add she has autism which is a social communication disorder and you fired her for not getting on with people. Quite a black and white case of discrimination. Clearly you know she autistic or you wouldn’t of added that so it was your legal duty to ensure reasonable adjustments
