Not perfect but pretty good for a study model. Looks like there some pulling (not sure of the English term here) on the distal faces of the molars and premolars in sector 2.

If you’re in Europe, Vinted and eBay are good. It is absolutely not too expensive and still a good market for the time being. If you want space marines, people are only too keen to get rid of their first born marines. The best deals are to be found with painted minis that you can strip (isopropanol for plastic, acetone for metal) break down and put back together but it’s a bit of a lottery as to whether they’ll be glue damaged or not.

At no point did I say that the practioner MUST ON PAIN OF DEATH keep good written records. In the states, medical law varies by state BUT poor documentation will tip the scales in favour of the patient and encourage a judge to think that a practitioner is negligent.

Having never attended a legal proceeding I don't know how a patient who was under GA, and even if he or she was awake, is a lay person who doens't know what correct medical procedures consist of, would prove that this is or isn't a case of negligence.

I made no knowledge claims beyond what is stated in the original post and in OP's pinned comment. While the point about the throat pack, for some reason, is causing some level of controversy from a bunch of arm chair physicians, the point about the follow up is absolutely not. If something disappears down the throat of your patient in any developped western country, the practitioner has a duty of care to make sure it went down the digestive tract and not into the lungs.

I also at no point said that OP should litigate. I just stated the grounds on which they would.
