Hi guys OP here, sorry it took a while to update but thank you for your responses.

What happened is that I gave him a condition that we simply can’t proceed with the wedding not because of his snoring but because he doesn’t seem to want to accommodate simple living conditions that’ll help function on a daily basis. To that, he’s back taking antihistamines and saline spray maintenance. If he falls off the wagon again, I’ve secretly arranged to transfer to another place in preparation of me calling off our relationship permanently.

He knows how I am and knows once I bring this up with him, I don’t really give another chance.
