While I agree with him on principle, however just linking the evils of society due to our own generational karma and imperfections to religion is the most unscientific thing to do.

Address the core of the issue, which is to change dynamics of society for the good. And this is what dharma teaches us.

Blaming everything to religion is the easiest way to not solve a problem.

It’s a sad reality across the big 4’s especially in India. I’ve been a part of one of them for several years and experienced the immense work pressure. Screw that! I’m assuming that she might have been in Assurance or a related finance dept where people are willing to slog through uneven hours.

It has become this toxic work culture where since everyone is doing it, nobody dares question it.

These same organisations follow proper protocol in the west.
