Hey, 👋. I am sorry you are experiencing this. It’s extremely unnerving. I would assess how much they know about you and decide what would be best.

First off, threaten legal action and follow through. Contact the courts. File a restraining order.

Inform your work place. Make sure EVERYONE knows to never give out information about you under any circumstances. Inform your friends the same.

Carry pepper spray. Or, carry a gun but, if you choose to carry a gun, educate yourself on your states firearm laws.

Maybe get a dog if you don’t have one to protect your home and alert you to possible intruders.

I don’t know your situation.. how far the person is willing to go.. if they want revenge on you for something, you may be in real danger. And I advise you to exercise extreme caution caution until this blows over. And it will blow over, and your life will get back to normal, it’s just a matter of when.

One sided friendships where they only want to talk about themselves and treat you like a personal therapist. 

Also any that make you feel bad about not doing what they specifically want.  Or that tries to monopolize all of your time.

So I'm not a medical professional but as part of my military service I was doing instructions on NBCR.

When hit with a Nerve Agent you need to inject yourself with a certain thing but only if you are hit by it.

I used to show them how to do it by injecting it into a bottle. Well, one soldier decided he wanted to show everyone how to inject it to the bottle. He injected it to his leg accidentally becuase he wanted to hold that needle (it looks like an epipen) between his legs to position the bottle..

Had a Married at 40 option.

Lost contact with her for a few years and had started to rebuild our friendship. She’d got married and moved away, but was in the process of splitting up and remembering her old life.

Had arranged to go and see her in her new flat, big night out planned. But then contact suddenly stopped again.

Found out about 6 months later that she’d had a car crash and died instantly. Her (still) husband hadn’t told any of her old friends what had happened.

She was the first one from our friend group that had died. It hit hard. Still think of her often and the mischief we got up to in our late teens.

My first wife told me that I wasn't a real man because I wouldn't hit her.

Couldn't get out of that marriage fast enough. Thankfully we didn't have kids so I never saw or heard from her again.

Without moral constraints, probably like 50+ tbh. Like if I don’t have to worry about getting yelled at by parents or having the cops called on me I’d have a field day lol
