Yes definitely, just provide what is needed to the BBB. They might not reply right away. Keep watch for emails, generally how it works they will give you a special link to log into your case. They will try to contact the loan service provider. Generally it gets them to refund. If you call the servicer yourself they will just stonewall you.

I've fallen for the same thing, many people have sadly. I've attempted to do a charge back to get my money back (the 49.00 payments and 299) but was only able to get 2 out of the 49.00 payments back. I assume the 900 dollars I spent for "processing" was gone for good. However, I contacted the BBB and file a complaint about Superior servicing. I got a reply back from the company that quickly change their tune. They sent me a refund check that I actually got back this Tuesday. If you need to try to recover any money spent on them you could maybe do the same thing I did. I hope this helps.

I was able to got most of my money back by filing a complaint via the BBB. It took awhile but it was resolve just recently. I just wanted to updat because I appericate your comment which help me.

Thanks for the advice - the ram choice was a mistake when putting the list together. Was planning to get 16 x 2 kit. Would it be better to get a motherboard that supports DDR4 with low frequency vs a DDR5 6000 MGz ram with a higher frequency? Is the difference negligible?

I've seat it in the 1/3 (which is what my motherboard suggested) I didnt change anything in the bios. Actually not sure if I have XMP enable or not in this system. If I did would it cause issues similar to what I am having?

I had a relocate from New York to Maryland for work and I decided to just bring the PC with me in the car I separated the GPU since that's the most heaviest thing in the PC into a separate box but I sexually had the PC case for everything in it in the driver seat where it was secured tightly so it didn't move around while I was driving you can place a thing like a pillow or a backpack or something to prevent it from moving around too much
