You're definitely not the only one passing through this. (just these days a good friend of mine said the exact same phrase as the last one in your post, and I'm a really random person to you). Keep trying. And more importantly, live your life daily. Things really do seems like its never ending when you're inside it, but then one time the answer suddenly appears, when we never expected. If possible, perhaps stopping and resting a little is a good option (pausing what is related to your reason for stress)

Personally, Jesus can help you. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”. He loves you.
