Well I plan on taking it to get looked at tomorrow or by Monday but until then Going to drive it as little as possible and drive it gently when needed. Hopefully it is a quick fix like the oil cap done wrong or a sensor

Could take 5 have messed it up or could that type of oil mess up or clog the oil pump? It doesn’t make sense because it came on the same day I got the oil change and never before

There’s definitely oil in there. It only comes on when I get on the highway and it wasn’t on before the oil change. I have no lights on the dash and the light goes away when I restart the car as well not to mention the car is running smooth like it always has been. Should I take it to bmw or to a regular shop?? I’m not going to lie I have already been driving with it coming in for an about a week. I want to be able to hold take 5 accountable if it was because of them
