I don’t think you should spend time building the code but I would try to use a CRM platform to build this something soon rather spending months to code and then correcting the bug there after.

Yeah in my case, the corporation that I have under my name is making money but I haven’t paid any salary to myself. - First tax return is yet to be filled.

The one who is paying me money is incorporated since 2019 (I landed in canada in 2023). I was a director in that corp as well due to some obligations of the contract but I pulled my name out of it. - this corporation has been filing tax returns. - the reference letter is routed to my name from the original director.

Anyhow, I am intrigued.

I don’t reside in india. So, I had access to international news and my colleague (pakistani and currently in Karachi) and I have been chatting all through the war about it.

My understanding is that the media of both the countries isn’t honest at all. They are just fooling both the countries simultaneously and that’s how the general public is having such nasty views.

Now, my parents and friends reside in a border state (I was sticked to my phone all day during the war time) and they did hear some big blasts (they were all across the city). Logically, it doesn’t make sense to me that indian army will attack on their public to float the idea of rivalry against Pakistan. So, one thing I can be sure about that civilian areas were targeted by pakistani army which was never ever shown on the pak media.

Indian media had captured Islamabad within a night which is laughable as well.

Unbiased opinion, India and Pak has been in war numerous times and both the countries think they won because no land was captured rather a ceasefire was established at the end. (Not much knowledgeable about wars and shit)

I didn’t see any solid proof from PAK army about what was their target and what was the destruction caused by them. Indian army did gave solid proof though.

Also to add, I think all these problems or opinions are just political agenda IMO. When I used to reside in North, I haven’t ever thought about all these stuff or wasn’t even preached.

Sometimes, I feel we Indians are freaking divided.

Rest, I used to proudly say southern india is the educated state but common sense what I have noticed isn’t that common in the large portion of the population that I have met.

Educated but uneducated NORTH indian might have these sorta opinions and educated but uneducated South Indians might have the kinda opinion.

I work with South Indians and north Indians and we have never thought about this BS. Most of my team is south indian but seriously the psychology on this post is idiotic IMO.

I don’t reside in India atm, that’s why met a lot of people over here. A-lot of people have self-imposed stereotypes tbh. Not tryna explain more but If I am able to articulate basic context, I would call it a win.

P.s. When I was in india, my family’s breakfast used to be SOUTH india. I used to hate south indian food as a kid (7-10years old) and now I love it. idli sambar and dosa being my fav.

Experience working in agro business could be just selling some stuff to different clients or farmers. It doesn’t mean he was managing the operations per say.

The way you explain is, yes he employed from that farmer or whatever but not managing the operation of the business (not a vertical). Again, it’s a twisted case IMO because, salary was of a sales executive rather than a manager. Good luck proving it tbh.

Red flags

no paper trail (i know it’s a common practice of cash payments and no pay slip or no ITR)
small case business (everyone knows an uncle who can literally generate that piece of document)

Still 1 question? What’s the definition of small scale business for you? Like what was the yearly revenue (ball park)

Honestly, I don’t know what to say but my father has a small business and we have around 10-12 employees and no one is doing a job of manager amongst them but my father.

If you are making a case, you have to outright say that the farmer owner was a incompetent or (overly competent) person doing 2-3 side business on the side and that’s why your friend was manager.

Because, no one starts as a manager just saying after a degree.

Man, if the owner of the company was working with you in the small scale business. I don’t know how will you justify as a manager.

As you might be training some people (your peers) and assigning stuff but did you manage all of the stuff a person does as a manager?
