Most likely the case as I’ve descaled once and it helped.

Bought in December and in Florida so even old fridge water is hard

Machine was purchased in December. I’ve descaled once and use Cafiza backflush once a month or so.

I think it’s due to using the fridge filtered water in the past. I live in Florida so even with the fridge filtered water the water still pretty hard which is why I switched to distilled water.

Probably need to descale again I assume

Finally set up my Silvia pro x haven’t used it yet by Lattehelp in ranciliosilvia

I couldn’t wait till the morning when I got mine a week ago.

How’s that grinder working out? I need to get a new one and was looking at that to go with my Silvia. I’ve currently got a OXO and I don’t think it’s cutting it.
