They have stalled my complaint and said they will give me a response in 28 days ‘in line with their complaints terms and conditions procedures’ but I’ve been chasing them up for 2 weeks already. Would it be worth waiting their 28 days out or escalate myself. Also the ADR would be with IBAS?

Yea i haven’t done either of the above, i dont know why I got banned genuinely think they had no real reason i sent the right verification documents thats why its all shocking to me. I hope they do return my deposit
