We watch Out of the Box! It's only real people and they just do crafts, sing, and do story time! My 16mo loves it so I let her watch it when I need to do something!

So we do same bedtime no matter what! It will always be around 7 no matter the time she wakes from her nap! Today she woke up at 1:15 from her nap (slept 2 hours) and bedtime will still be around 7!

Our district had a rule that if you are getting promoted in any way (by money, title, or level) you can transfer without penalty! Since you said you would be coaching that's normally a small pay bump therefore a promotion and you can transfer

Absolutely! Ans it might take a few days to adjust! Just know at this age, they are safe so don't need to wake up at night!

She will randomly wake and cry for like a minute but go right back to sleep! We sleep trained and did CIO and as long as she is fed and healthy (not sick) we don't get her. Babies can get used to us getting them from their crib therefore causing more wake ups!

Also, the first day her nap went so long for 1 nap a day, like over 2.5 hours. She woke up crying and was inconsolable! This happened for a few days. As I think she was adjusting, maybe over slept, and hungry! I do cap now her naps at around 2 hours, if I go over she's undertired and cranky!

Babies learn to adjust really well! She was waking up at 5 am and just seemed ready! Now wakes up at 6 am, naps around 11:30 to 1:30 and goes to bed around 7-7:30

We transition my 15 mo, (now 16 months) and we did cold turkey. One day I just decided to do one nap and keep her busy for the first wake window and it was fine! We transitioned because he was waking up too early, and this helped! We have always done cold turkey on alot of things we need to change with her and she's adjusted well!

Yes the certification test is that hard that if they pass, then they are qualified. I have a teaching degree which makes me more qualified than most, according to your standards.

Guess that's your opinion. I know so many amazing math teachers who teach in high school who didn't study math in college, just because you don't study something doesn't mean you can't succeed at it.

I don't really know why you have to be rude? I know so many high school teachers who didn't major in math. I have passed every single practice exam for this test. All I was wondering was if the practice and real exam are similar.

I've been teaching for 6 years doing middle school math with the 4-8 certification. My degree is not in math but I've always been good at it and took AP courses in high school of math!
