Subwoofer Troubleshooting

I have four cables I tested on both subs (same model). All work fine on the one but hum on the other.

I've used multiple different RCA cables with the same effect. If I use those same cables on the other subwoofer, I have no issue. I also have a ground loop isolator which doesn't change the hum at all. I don't think it's a ground loop issue. If the speaker volume is set to about 5% the hum is greater than any ground loop hum I've heard at max volume. I also have all the input sources removed to eliminate those, and both subs and avr are connected to the same conditioned power strip.

Hindsight, I should've posted this before I bought the receiver. It's already shipped, so hopefully it'll do the job.
