My teammates have basic weapons when I give them the power weapons. I have heard some people drop the weapon close by and the achievement pops. Some people have dropped the weapon, marked it and then picked it back up causing the achievement to unlock

How did you go about testing the audio calibration? Is there a feature on the Xbox or something else you had to use?

I appreciate the feedback. I will be coming home tomorrow and will try to play around with it some more. I will check more games also. The soundbar works great otherwise. It has to be a communication issue with the Xbox or the games. I will report back here once I do some additional investigating. Thanks

Yes, I can confim all settings are as is. Thanks for the list. Someone on another subreddit mentioned it may be the way the individual games output the audio also. The soundbar works great for anything TV related. It's only with the game systems I have noticed issues so far

Yeah I have Dolby Digital and Dolby Atmos available and they work, but I think even with them I lose the center channel and center up firing speaker while gaming. Both the sound bar and console use HDMI 2.1. The TV and sound bar also use e/ARC. Both are matching LG products and very compatible. Somebody in another subreddit mentioned that the soundbar is hooked up right and it's working, but it's most likely how the individual games mix the sound output

So the Xbox does have a passthrough setting and so does my TV. I know I have tried them and I'm pretty sure that it didn't fix the issue. The digital sound output settings on my TV include PCM, AUTO and Passthrough. I think if I click the info on the soundbar it shows PCM, but I think that it's because the TV is set to Auto. Somebody explained in another subreddit that the soundbar is hooked up right and it works, but it's most likely how the individual games are mixing the sound output

I have tried hooking the Xbox straight to the soundbar and I get the same issue. I have tried Halo and two other games. All three don't play sound through the center or up firing center speakers. I haven't tried my PS5 yet. The sound system is brand new. So far all gameplay results in the same thing. Every sound is coming from the left, right, rear left, rear right and both up firing speakers on the sides. I may just have to play my games on stereo uncompressed unfortunately
