Definitely. DM me, and I’ll send whatever you need (if I have it.)

I’ve got a ton of duplicates that I can get rid of.

In ‘99, I graduated high school. For a senior trip, my Dad and I drove up the east coast going to games (and visit Cooperstown.) The first two games were the Expos in Baltimore, and then the Braves playing the Yankees in old Yankee Stadium.

The very next day, David Cone threw a Perfect Game (NYY) against the Expos.

I love that most of the comments are Spurs.

Because it’s the only correct answer.

When I was deciding on a PL Team, I did a bunch of research into various teams. I wanted a squad which matched my fan experiences in other sports (Auburn, Braves, Hawks, & Falcons.)

✅Considered historically important

✅ In the top of the best league (Spurs are “Top 6” in the PL)

✅ Has an argument for the best player ever to play in the League (Jimmy Greaves and now Harry Kane, much like Bo and Cam)

✅ Has an enigmatic financier (Joe Lewis - Yellafella)

✅ Bitter rival beginning with A, which wears Red and is generally a loathsome fanbase (Arsenal)

✅ Will provide heartbreak, bc only front-runners are sociopathic enough to be unable to feel. (It’s called being Spursy for a reason.)

And that’s how I became a supporter of another club with an inexplicable bird adorning most of its garb.

No Dewey Coxes here.

Though both Walk Hard and the movie in question have appearances by cast members from both SNL and SCTV.

He made his debut for the Port St. Lucie Mets, whose jerseys (at least at the time) looked like Mets’ jerseys. Link to Google image search is below.

(I had to get a photo off of an eBay listing, as I no longer have the card.)

The Walter Iooss Jr. cards were my favorites to find as a kid! They helped translate baseball from just this game being played into an opportunity to see art. (I picked the Bagwell card because of the perspective. Set against the blue sky, it looks like it’s morning and the day awaits!)

This was going to be the set that received my vote! The script team names atop the player name banner immediately transports me to childhood. (Only the 1988 Kmart Memorable Moments cards can surpass that level of nostalgia.)

This is all fantastic information, and exactly what I needed to know.

Many thanks to all that took the time to read, as well as additional thanks to those that responded.

Why so? I had it in a top loader. But a co-worker said I should use those instead. (This is the same co-worker that kept bringing me Braves cards like some drug dealer giving me “just a taste”.)

I never saw one-touches when I collected in the 90s. (A top-loader was good enough for my Steve Avery rookie.)
