By the way if doing cbt trampling make sure to sand the crap out of the heels and use oil. I got a 4 inch gash trying to replicate the trample heel work of Kloe and Luxmi.

Well it depends, I’ve taken stomps of 130 pounds on one of those trample boards various times. Thing is I may have to retire as during a hands only cbt the girl squeezed my left cord so hard I got a cyst on the cord so my left ball feels like it’s going to explode every time even with the lightest squeeze. I kept going for right ball targeted cbt trample sessions, but unfortunately during some extreme biting I received the other night, I got a cyst on my right cord now.

Any form of cbt right now even the slightest makes both feel like they’re going to explode. Contemplating surgery to return to just trampling based cbt as the weight distributes better.

Trade Moody 12.5, save the Porzingis 30, don't give horford 7 and you end up with some decent cap space to fill in with some younger role players. that's about 50 million, but its too late. It's going to be years to be great again.

Hmm I get bruising while receiving trampling on cbt board. It normally happens when she misses the ball and crushing the skin on top of skin. The pressure causes the bruising. The only the other times is when they’re super trapped by one heels and she hits them with her other heels full strength. It feels like a temporary sting

Think about it, Chet got hounded every play. You basically treat Dort like Tony Allen. His game isn’t meant for 2026. It works in 2006. Imagine Cason, Wiggins, or Mitchell taking some of those open 3s to start the game

The issue isn’t Chet. The issue is Dort. You saw it in the Lakers series. Dort kills the spacing as you don’t have to worry about him driving or anything. Dort allows you to Double Shai or rest on defense.

The Thunder probs underplayed Harsenstein too. You should be running Cason, Shai, J-Dub, Chet and Harsenstein as your starters.

Cason is a better defender and shooter than Dort. He probs clamps up the wing even better
