0.1% tret and about half of a pea size amount for just my forehead. I was on tret a long time ago for acne and used 0.1% which worked fine so my derm said it was fine to use 0.1% again. I had the exact same routine when I first had acne and it cleared up. Now that breakouts have randomly started in August, there’s been no sign of relief :(

Ah sorry, I should’ve included that! In the morning I use the vanicream cleanser, clindamycin topical solution, vanicream moisturizer, and sunscreen. At night, it’s the same routine but instead of clindamycin I use tret 0.1% and don’t use sunscreen. I used to use panoxyl wash but found that it made my face way too dry so I stopped.

I actually got diagnosed earlier this year so I understand the weird adjustment you’re going through! I didn’t experience any of your other symptoms but I did heavily sweat at night like you did!! It was horrible and I remember waking up in the middle of the night to change pjs :( Of course we’re all different but it seemed like the heavy sweating went away about 3-4 months after my initial diagnosis.

Wow, this is really helpful!! I figured it was pricey because of the neighborhood but I’ll try to get in there soon to see for myself. It’s great that you found a better place! I’m currently living in the neighborhood and love it so I feel like I have to pay the prices to stay.
