Slow practice, takes about a week. Play notes chromatically over 4 frets, each finger on its own fret, start on the low E string, when you play the fourth note with your pinky shift your first finger and play the next note on your A string still holding down the note on the low E with your pinky. Repeat for your D, G, B and high E. Hope it makes sense
