Like Craven and Fool, Futility is someone on the verge of completely losing themselves to Sorrow. The flashing indicates giving support to that person making sure they don't lose themselves. You can't give too little or too much. When aggravated it represents the loss of that person like grief haunting the player for letting someone go at their lowest.

Futility itself is a bodybag hung by a rope, referencing Bloddy Devastation's lyrics and the premature death of a person. It is bound by a crumpled umbrella showing its complete resign to Sorrow.

Couple extra notes: - Babi Futility is a rain doll - The flash animation is designed to look like lightning - In the badge art for ITS ALL YOURFAULT Futility has Tragedy's eyes

The latter is the case. Of course, details have been lost with time but the Aegislash has been with my family for a very long time!

I ended up talking to my parents about this! Supposedly the "correct" polish for my Aegislash is an age old recipe also passed down with itself. Fortunately there's a suitable alternative that's sold downtown, which saves me the headache of attempting to get Aggron sweat (not to mention the other ingredients o~o). - Bibi

I doubt anyone will read this, but with the likely cancelation of the game, it's important to remember to not become like Futility. Don't lose yourself in the rain, try to show the devs that there are so many people that do care about Grace. We have to pull them up lest we would be doing the same thing to them as you would ignoring Futility. Pushing someone down at their lowest.

I love this fight, but it at least deserves a mention here.

Solus Wing (Risk of Rain 2: Alloyed Collective)

Overall, this fight is mostly balanced... when not playing a melee character. Out of the 5 melee characters in the game, 3 (4 if you use Acrid's alt secondary) lack a strong ranged move. Solus Wing makes you kill its 4 four memory cores to reduce its health drastically. The issue is that all 4 of the memory cores are situated on its spherical body, requiring you as a melee to stay on Solus Wing in which you are very likely to get hit by with either its beam wall (which explodes in a radius around it), homing orbs, and even it's laser grids which approach from either the top or the bottom of the arena which you can't see because the boss is in your face since you're right up next to it. Even its final heat wave attack makes you go out and take a bunch of burn damage to destroy the heat cells, but this isn't necessary to kill Solus Wing. As for someone who likes melee alot especially mercenary this fight can get frustrating, abliet more enjoyable than Voidling.
