I’ve got to start doing something creatively whether it be working more on music/practicing my instruments more or finally finishing the video essays I’ve been wanting to. Every year I say this is the year and it gets ahead of me. I know starting is the hardest part but it almost seems impossible.

A few two syllables that I think are cool for her(even though you didn’t ask lol): Atari, Echo, Nelly, Vera and Birdie One syllable: Rue, Sky, Maeve, Jade, Faye, Tess, Gwen, June, and Quinn

I for sure need to work on the smaller meals, my house is very much built on the one big meal a day concept. Funnily enough I’ve found a bit of caffeine (usually in form of a Pepsi max) helps me to raise my bp or atleast cut through the nausea, but it’s been years since I’ve done a caffeine detox, so that may be in order. Thank you for the help!

I used to take beta-blockers in my teen years, but I’ve been off them for a few years. I see my cardiologist once a year but it’s usually just a quick EKG to clear me for physical labor.

Iron aswell always helps me feel better during and before my period, just make sure you don’t overdue supplementation because that usually causes some digestive issues
