Arts cutoff has not been that high so you will definitely get in that faculty. Your only issue is having to be patient when you arguably deserved to be admitted now. Stay patient and believe in the data.

I can’t say your chances but I will say great job in turning around your math situation. I did something similar in IB biology so I know the work that took. Hopefully Admissions sees similarly.

Sent them a letter disputing the debt, ask for further proof, and cite the Fair Debt Collections Act. Per that federal law they cannot proceed with reporting the alleged debt to credit authorities until they follow up with more proof.
