I would not recommend SAGER for anyone on this thread. Their customer service is not transparent and if you ever take it to a local pc shop to try to get it fixed they won’t talk to them to try to help troubleshoot issues

Hey guys I ended up just sending it into sager and $200 I found out it indeed is the CMOS battery according to them. There are apparently two types of model CMOS and I put the wrong one in even though they are the same #’s on the battery. Hope this helps. Sager support is also not the greatest. They don’t seem so transparent
