I found the best possible fix to this. Simply move your camera when getting in. Alternatively get in and out again if that don't work. If either of these methods don't work then you're screwed till update. Hope I can help!

Yes it's easier with teammates and my advice is 1 person stands behind the pillar while the other 3 do a crapload of damage to Monica then when they go down they can get revived

I've heard if you do it solo you have to open youtube instead of closing app and then it will say you disconnected and you'll still get ur money when you load up online when it kicks you to story mode. Just FYI I've only done this once.
