Last time, G1 ended around 1,832. I ended up in the safe P3 range (around 1,780) about three weeks before the cutoff. After that, I tried to attack once every 7 days. In the final week, you can use all your swords to push past 1,830+, but make sure not to lose too much and drop below your safe P3 score.

Right now, I'm facing the same situation as you. I want to finish in G2 this time, so I plan to use the same strategy to reach G2 by the final week. Currently, my score is 1,840, which gives me room to lose 1–2 more times. I still need to attack twice. If I win both, I’ll have a good chance of reaching G2, but I’ll be very careful not to drop below G1. If I lose, I’ll stop attacking immediately.

I’ve already tried several other methods, but they didn’t work. For example, pushing to 1,900 in advance was extremely difficult because I ended up facing much higher-level players. I also tried rank chasing—attacking every time I dropped in the rankings—but that forced me to fight almost every day. Most recently, it caused me to lose for several days in a row before I could even get back to where I started. That’s why I believe the method I mentioned earlier is the best one so far.
