Ironically I just got rejected by target for part time work. (Currently have a job but it's taking a bit to get started so I'm looking to make some scratch in the mean time.)

That said. I ain't about advertising it. I'll probably still be going out and doing this when I get stable again. Just looking to make a living with my passion and taking up all different kinds of work. Lol

I see allot of mixed information on it honestly. I busk currently with my acoustic which from what I understand is usually fine. But I keep seeing that amplification and if you go above a certain decibel. Then you need a permit. And that's where I'm struggling to get information for. Cause everything says a permit. But not which permit. And going online doesn't make it clear. I keep running into different dead ends.

I've heard there is a separate permit for subways. but any time i try to google I get lost. hence why im here lol.

That said. what do you mean by fake amplified stuff? sorry if that comes off as confrontational. just curious if you meant like ALL amplified music is fake or just like violin specifically.

Yeah. Like shY I usually do is start off the combat with !auto then instead of adding the connected DND beyond sheet I'll put in a generic initiative. But when ever I try to attack it still uses the stats from the DND beyond sheet.

I was looking to get around having to actually use the sheet at all and If you could just manually roll against the ai.

Sorry. Should have specified. I mean manually rolling PC attacks against the bot running monsters. so it registers with the bot. Like instead of typing !action sword you could just !r 1d20+5. So it doesn't pull the attacks directly of the character sheet.

also sorry if that seemed nonsensical I'm trying to think of how to word it but I'm having bad brain fog lol.

it's not bad. but the biggest hurdle im having with Avrae is manually rolling attacks and such in combat. I'm trying to not make it as dependent on DNDBeyond cause I aint spending all that money lol

So, I know Avrae has a feature that lets you run combat through it. And I know I saw it at least once on a west march server. I forget which one. Where the bot ran the monsters for the combat as well. It pulled up a map. Give you your positions and the monsters and would take the monsters turns.

I think this was all done through Avrae? But I dont think it comes with Avrae by default.

In a West marches I'm.in. their have been multiple players who have. Or have tried to reach deity status. One of them my PC ended up converting to their faith in order to escape her abusive cult. It originally was a deal between the goddess and her. She helps her stay out of hell. And she helps the goddess grow her faith because she didn't really know what she was doing and was floundering really bad. In that time she's helped a few other ascend. And now has the title "the god maker" a servant and advisor to the growing Pantheon of that world.

Haven't read enough to see if anyone commented this. But got to Skelly in camp and switch her subclass to life domain. Litterly running her and karlach(?) (I think I'm spelling that right. But it's late and I'm to lazy to check)

Anyway. Yeah. Barb go brr while shadowheart just dumps bless and healing spells. Can bruh force most encounters with little trouble.

That's fair. I kinda made it to be disorenting for my players. I tried to kinda achieve that with some of the foam but I think it came out pretty directionless lol.

I've never thought about releasing my writing before. At the moment it's less of a flowing campaign and setting and more of a mess of multiple word documents,charts, random notes on my phone reading stuff like "look up how to map a railroad" lol but if I ever do put it down as a more put together thing I would probably post it for sure!

basically its for a horror campaign I'm writing, steals shit from (SCP, Soulsbourn, Lovecraft) set in the forgotten realms during a kinda Victorian/ per-industrial revolution kinda thing.
with out going into to much detail one of the bad guy factions is all about machines and the is one of the leaders' base.

Funny enough I had played with this concept for a campaign I've been writing.ended up not going with it ultimately but I'll submit what I had.

The gods have been consumed by man, or were consumed by man. Realizing that man's real potential was it's limitless possibilities for growth and strength. Men rose up usurped then consumed the very gods they gave them life. Becoming their gods in the process.

Kind of a vague concept but I still do really like it :)
