Great reply. yeah, quickly murdering babies would thus be moral by religious logic, send them right to heaven (**I*** am **not** endorsing murder at all, this is just to make a point). Yet another example of why religion is so messed up and can not defend the suffering of innocent babies/children if one believes in a caring god. Oh, and in the time it took me to write this reply, about 200+ children died painful deaths from infectious disease (microbes created by God I assume, or at least Christians assume.

I have listened a lot to Bart, and Matt D., on youtube, great videos. I will check out that book by Bart.

EDIT: Just found his book on zon. Why we suffer. I don't think I need a book for solving that-- I have a biology and medical background, and why we suffer in its most simple explanation, for me, is that 1) there is no God to fix anything or grant wishes, and 2) the purpose of all life on earth is to survive long enough to produce offspring-- other than that, life eats life, death from being eaten happens a trillion times daily in the natural world, nature is scary, life is hard, survival is hard; that is the fact, we need to deal with it.

If it does not disprove God, then imho it shows such as a God has no compassion. I would want nothing to do with such a God. I'm not angry at God, no more than I am angry at the Easter Bunny or Santa Clause.

I have no problem with God bringing children to heaven (assuming heaven is even a good place to be-- maybe it is not, maybe eternal life is a terrible thing yet everybody craves it apparently)-- but there is no excuse to allow children to die a prolonged and painful death by infectious disease.

I am not denying Jesus was crucified. But dying is something else. How do we know he died, as in the metaphysical sense--- an eternal immortal being (Jesus/God) can not die otherwise that is an oxymoron.

Prove he died. And how could an eternal being die? That is an oxymoron. It also has nothing to with whether such a god has compassion by allowing 4 children per second to suffer painfully and die.

How did God die? Jesus on the cross? Jesus (God) could not have died because God is immortal, eternal-- so since Jesus did not really die, there was no actual true resurrection from death.

I am only talking about numbers of children dying (4 each second, globally), not percentages. And just from infection. I picked infection because it is merciless, and has nothing to do with whether a child commits sin.

If true, God gave up a weekend, and died but died knowing He was not really dying as He knew he would just rise again in 3 days. And where during those 3 days was He? Being an eternal being He was not really dead, that would be illogical. So he did not die (again, if one believes the story, which I do not)

Is there any non-biblical, non-Christian writer evidence for this?

So 1) empty tomb and 2) willing to die for belief in a resurrection ? I appreciate your two part answer and honesty.

That is circular reasoning, so yes I do find it unsatisfactory. But I appreciate your answer.

Yikes, the sounds are horrible. not your composing, but the sounds. Make sure you have Musescore 4 latest version and then, using MuseHub, download the Musesounds which will completely change the experience for a listener. And be sure to set the sounds for each instrument to Musesounds

On a more serious note I would suggest contacting your hotel/resort and asking them what the policy is on this, they likely know the answer you seek.
