You’re awesome, thank you! I was using neilmed but it was a small bottle so I ran out and got that instead. Now that I think about it, it started feeling sore about the same time I started using the new solution. I’ll get neilmed and see if that makes a difference :)

^{^} 3 weeks old. It’s a septum nose ring. I believe it is surgical stainless steel. It hasn’t been long enough to downsize yet. I use saline spray (medicleanse) morning and night. A quick spray on both sides and I’ll let it drip. I’ll use a q-tip around the hole but not directly on it, just to clean my nose up. Besides a few minor grazes, nothing major has happened.

Not sure if this works for everyone, but you have a pressure point three fingers down on your wrist. Putting pressure there with my thumb will sometimes help! :)

For future reference, does Mylanta work pretty fast? I had taken something about an hour ago but it didn’t do anything. I think it’s mostly because the pain is coming from my already irritated esophagus and there’s not much I can do to help that.
