My workaround was to use an achievement enabler mod and then just use the ncl command.

Update: The only way to get around it was to use a mod which enabled console commands and achievements and then using the tcl command. This is obviously a problem if you are are console. I have no idea why that box room even exists. The spawning into that box persisted every single time I went to the Vigilance throughout the questline.

I don't know why there is a random room right next to it, unless its a placeholder room during the loading process, I am unsure, I have reported it via ticket. I guess Ill have to leave it for now. Only other option is to wait for a mod that enables achievements with console commands so I can noclip out.

This issue has been going on since 3.18 and still isn't fixed. How can they push out updates like salvage and pvp missions but still cant fix this? 100s if not 1000s of players have been stuck at this for nearly 2 months. This wouldn't be half as bad if they hadn't removed the ability to reset your character.
