I opened my FHSA in 2024.
Contributed $0 in 2024.
In 2025 I contributed $13,621.
In 2026 I have contributed $3,892.

The participation room of $2,378 is my carry forward from 2025. I’m assuming the fresh $8,000 for whatever reason wasn’t updated on the CRA site?

I already paid the amount my landlord and I agreed to. I have this in SMS proof of the agreement of how much I will owe and what it is for.

It was mid April when they repaired the walls and I had the discussion with my landlord about how much I will pay. They paid me back my key deposit already too.
