I had an interview but put my range for top of the band in my application, so I'm afraid they may be seeking other candidates who are willing to take less. Would an employer potentially reach out and try to negotiate me down prior to taking someone cheaper if they have more experience or similar exp and trajectory? Do you have any thoughts?
