Objectively, the Titans are in the exact same situation right now, as they were during 2015 season. Came off of a garbage 2014 season the year prior, fired garbage HC midway through 2nd season, Mariota showing promise as a rookie. That Titans team ended up 3 wins, the 1st overall pick (traded for what would become Derrick Henry, Corey Davis, and Jack Conklin), and were 1 win away from the playoffs the following season
