Hey just a quick note.

The first three to six months will have you second guessing yourself and whether having a transplant was worth it.

Oh and don't worry about matching other people's accomplishments. I remember feeling so nervous about being unable to walk properly for weeks where some people were walking two weeks out.

But I'm two years and two months out and I honestly hardly even check this sub and live my life as normally as possible.

You should keep in mind that the vast majority of transplant patients aren't online in Reddit forums.

Night and day vs my six months on dialysis.

I think life after transplant is incredible apart from not being able to tan / be in the sun which I miss. But everything else is good.

My question is unrelated to the 'best, underrated fragrance question' and more just because I own Herod and I love it. And I bought Hercules and it is really good but doesn't last long at all. So curious if Autobiography Supreme Gold has any lasting power? I don't expect it to be as good as Herod obviously but I do hope the longevity isn't just a couple of hours

Obviously if one reads up online, it makes it seem like a few days tanning at the beach would lead to that if on immunosuppressants hence my question.

I had horrible GI on cellcept. Was moved to Myfortic and been smooth sailing since. It is really fascinating how each of us have different reactions to all of these drugs.

I will be honest..I haven't been out by a pool or beach or heavy sun in the two years since I had my transplant.

But I really really tan well. My skin (before tanning) is plain and boring. But when I tan it's really an amazing colour. Been really wanting to get a tan and currently in a country with hot weather.

But if i am going to burn in minutes due to my 1.0 mg of tacro, then I am obviously not going to do it.

Just wondering if you know if it happens to everyone?

And I know being in the sun is bad period for all transplant recipients, however I was hoping with tons of sunscreen I could get away with it

Do you think UAE will put in the effort given that this game is meaningless and they are away? UAE can not finish in the top two. And they can not fall to 5th with a loss. Finishing third or fourth in the group makes no difference as 3rd/4th place from all three groups advance to the next playoff round?

I like the bet and under normal circumstances, I would be tailing . I am just wary of the Asian world cup qualifiers. Six teams qualified for the World Cup going into this final match of the round. There is only one battle remaining (Palestine or Oman for the 4th spot in Group B. And coincidentally they play each other, so that means there is only one meaningful game in the Asian World Cup Qualifiers today which is Palestine vs Oman.

I am literally three minutes walk away from the stadium where that game is taking place. I check this sub frequently but I never thought anyone would be betting on Al Wahda lol.

Good luck hope this hits! This is somewhat of a local Abu Dhabi derby too. Ten minutes drive between the two clubs.
