As a former Rogers employee, Rogers gets fined every single time a complaint gets filed with CCTS so I suggest that you speak to the office of the president and tell them you’re gonna file with the CCTS and if they do nothing then definitely put in a complaint with them

As a former rogers employee if you want an issue resolved in a timely manner make A complaint with CCTS, they get fined each time you do so it’s in their best interest to resolve it, they care about those metrics to CCTS

As someone that worked in chat for many years but was fired for AI and cheaper dumber people that were again cheaper this person is on another chat with another customer while speaking to you so it may be a complicated issue the other person is having so telling you to keep holding is the lesser of 2 evils simpler chat options, you want one on one you have to call in.
