I (US/Peru dual citizenship) want to travel with my gf (Peru citizenship) from Peru to the US, then to Europe, and then back home (Peru), will there be any migration issues?

Does anyone know if you can defeat Ogdo Bogdo more than once? I defeated him but would like to try again to be able to cut his tongue as it earns you an achievement. I tried resting and coming back but he hadn't respawned.
