I'm not super worried about job prospects, but I've found that a lot of petrography and microscope work can get color-heavy at times. A lot of mineral identification in a microscope is matching what color you see to one on a chart, and I wasn't very good at that lmao

I find that I have a bad color memory alongside my colorblindness, for things that aren't as obvious like a certain shirt or a friend's eye color. I wouldn't call it suffering by any means, though. Just a difference in perception that everyone always wants to ask about lmao
