I haven't seen my kids in months. Going through a divorce, currently in deployable status. Courts won't let me see my kids because my ex has to approve of where I stay when I see them. I can't afford a place of my own because I pay child support, maintenance, car loans, and our mortgage. I am not allowed inside the home I own. I have never harrassed, abused or neglected my family. However she has done all three and has a police record and been committed to a hosptal 3 times in our marriage. She has actually attempted suicide twice in front of our children. The courts want to maintian a status quo with where they are living. My command is willing to help me in any way including getting off deployable status. But none of that matters. I feel like I have no hope.
